I started Ever So Hungry For Health about 4 years ago at 18 years old because of my passion for how food and fitness can change people's lives. Through this blog, I hope to help anyone in pursuit of finding the healthiest version of themselves. It doesn't matter if you consider yourself a low carb eater, a vegan, vegetarian, paleo based, practice ketogenics, raw vegan, king/queen of food allergies, gluten free, pescatarian, macronutrient tracker of the year, or don't even know what a macronutrient is, this blog is just about being healthy and doing what's best for you.
I have tried every way of eating under the sun and through that I have learned to listen to my body and not feel obligated to one way of eating.
I love experimenting with different diets and you will see a little bit of everything on this blog.
In order to continue helping more and more people, I have chosen to study nutrition and dietetics at Marywood University. I love it because the science behind how food affects the body is a never ending topic of discussion. Food is a huge part of my life but fitness follows close behind. I'm certainly no expert in all there is to know about fitness but I hope to share what I've been learning and doing in my fitness journey on this blog as well!
There is much more coming to my site that I will be sharing with you in the future. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy the nutritious recipes and wellness topics that Ever So Hungry For Health revolves around. Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy flipping through the pages of my blog as it continues to grow.
