Blueberry Lemon Cashew Spread

Blueberry Lemon Cashew Spread over Toasted Ezekiel bread with sliced strawberries 


Takes 1 Hour to Make



1 Cup Roasted Cashews

1/2 Cup Fresh Blueberries

1 Lemon

Pinch Sea Salt

1 TBSP Maple Syrup



Soak the roasted cashews in water for a few hours. 

Once they're ready, blend them with 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries, juice from half a lemon, a pinch of sea salt, and 1 tbsp. of maple syrup.
