BYO Morning Smoothie

One of the best ways to build a smoothie:

 

Ingredients:

1 cup fruit

1 cup vegetable

1/2 cup ice

1 scoop protein powder

1 tbsp. superfood powder

1 tbsp. healthy fat

1 squeeze of lemon

half the amount of liquid coming from plant based milk

and the other half water
