Oatmeal is an easy and delicious way to make sure you're getting more fiber in your diet. It's primarily a carb source and that's why I love adding powdered peanut butter or protein powder to any oatmeal recipe. For this recipe, I went with just peanut butter to recreate the taste of peanut butter and jelly, oatmeal style.
1/2 cup oats
Enough cashew milk or water to cover the oats
3 tbsp. of PB2 or any powdered peanut butter
A pinch of pink Himalayan Sea Salt
2 sliced organic strawberries
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Stevia to taste
1. Add the oats, milk, stevia, and peanut butter to a glass bowl.
2. Heat for about 2 to 3 minutes
3. Top it off with strawberries, ground flaxseed, salt, and a little extra stevia if it's not sweet enough.
