"No bake" because I can't bake... But I hope you enjoy these just as much!
1 cup of powdered peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
1/2 cup roasted almonds
A few pinches of coarse sea salt
1/2 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1/2 cup quick oats
Prepare the powdered peanut butter with water until it is peanut butter consistency. (If too runny, add more powdered peanut butter)
Add in all the other ingredients to the peanut butter and stir.
Form into a cookie by spraying the inside of a tbsp. with cooking spray and filling it with the mix.
Even off the mixture along the edges of the tbsp. and pop out the formed cookie.
Let them cool in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
