Slice 1/4 or half of an avocado
Instead of using toast, use a rice cake
Instead of using a plain rice cake, use a honey nut flavored rice cake because it's delicious
Finish it off with a little sea salt and a drizzle of maple syrup
This is a great snack because of the healthy fats that will keep you feeling fuller for longer!
