Pumpkin Spiced Smoothie

It's 90 degrees today but pumpkin spice season waits for no one 👩🏻‍🌾Stay cool with this pumpkin spice smoothie🍁

 

Ingredients:

 

2 cups of cashew milk

1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup pumpkin puree 

5 baby carrots

1 apple

1/2 of 1 frozen banana

A drop of maple extract or maple syrup

A few dashes of cinnamon

A few dashes of pumpkin spice

A pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt

A little ice and a little water to blend it smooth

 

Recipe:

 

Blend all of the ingredients and top with an apple chip
