Berry Crunch Yogurt Bark with Mint
...a delicious and nutrient dense snack or dessert!
1. Stir together 2.5 cups of unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt with 2 tbsp. maple syrup, and a dash of mint extract.
2. Line a dish with parchment paper and spread this yogurt mixture across it as a nice even layer. Top it with granola and freeze dried berries.
3. Finish it off with a little sea salt and a drizzle of honey🍯
4. Set it in the freezer over night or for a few hours🌬Before serving, let it defrost for 20 minutes.
